My Pilot & I: We are still alive!

For those two people who read this. . .we are still alive! We are enjoying summer and not looking forward to it coming to an end! We got back from California a couple weeks ago and had so much fun on vacation! We went out there with my family and got to spend time at disneyland and the beach! It was such a relaxing vacation and Davis survived ten days with the Baucom crew :) Good job husband, you survived! Unfortunately Paul and Bri planned their vacation out to Utah the same time we were in California so we didn't get to see them or the kids as much as we would have liked. Luckily we got to spend the 4th of July with them and did fireworks and a bbq! Paul will be leaving for deployment for a year or more so Bri and the kids have decided to move back to Utah! We are so excited to have our neice and nephew close to us for a little while! Last weekend we moved to a new apartment! We weren't really looking for a new place, but our contract for our current apartment was ending and we stummbled across this new place and fell in love with it! The best part. . .it has central air! Oh how we love walking into a cold apartment! It also has a dishwasher so Dave is pretty excited about that since he's been our dishwasher 99% of the time this past year (I love him for it. There is just something about dishes that I hate. Give me the bathroom, laundry, vacuuming. Just not the dishes)! And thanks to family we were able to get all moved and unpacked in seven hours! We were so grateful for all of the help!
